Match-day graphics ordered from a chat
Photo in, finished 1080×1350 graphic back in about a minute. No designer in the loop.

Days of back-and-forth with a designer for every player spotlight. Names mistyped, posts late.
Photo in, finished graphic back in about a minute, from the roster sheet they already kept.
Where they started.
Player spotlights went back and forth between the league admin and a designer for every post. Names were mistyped, positions were wrong, and the graphic arrived after the moment had passed.
What we built.
- A Telegram bot: send a photo with the player's name as the caption
- Fuzzy matching against the league's existing roster sheet, so partial names and nicknames still find the right player
- Inline buttons to confirm the player, pick player or staff, and choose a style
- Rate limits, an allowlist, a profanity filter on custom styles, and an audit log of every request
Where they are now.
The admin posts the finished graphic minutes after the photo is taken. The roster sheet they already kept is the source of truth.
