Who is this for?
Small and local businesses busy enough to feel the strain but too small to hire a developer. Care providers, clubs, trades, food businesses, studios. If you run your business from a phone and a spreadsheet, that's us.
What tools do you build on?
The ones you already use where we can: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Stripe, your calendar, your email. Behind them we use n8n for automation, Next.js for websites, and Supabase for data. You get the logins to all of it.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The workflows, the site, the code and the accounts are yours. If you ever want to run them yourself or hand them to someone else, we give you documentation and walk them through it.
What happens when something breaks?
Every build includes error handling and a way to tell us when it fails. On the Watch and Run retainers we monitor it and fix it before you notice; on the Care retainer we fix it when you tell us.
How long does a project take?
A single automation, three to five days. A website, one to two weeks. A site with a portal or a multi-workflow system, two to four weeks. We say the date before we start and we tell you if it moves.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You describe the problem in plain English. We ask questions, write down what we're going to build, and you approve it before anything is built.
Where is my data?
In the UK or EU regions of the services we use, in accounts you own. We don't keep client data beyond what a build needs. [TODO · confirm wording]
How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, every time. Both of us read the contact form.
