Client work · Care provider · 14 homes
A website the office runs itself, with every enquiry in one inbox
Fourteen homes on one map. Three staff roles. Nobody pays for a text change.

Phone numbers went stale. New homes never appeared. Referrals lost between inboxes.
The office updates the site the same day. One inbox, three roles, nothing sits as New overnight.
Where they started.
Sunrise runs fourteen supported-living and high-support homes. Their old site could only be changed by whoever built it, so phone numbers went stale and new homes never appeared. Referrals, job applications and general enquiries arrived by email and got lost between people.
What we built.
- A public site where every word is editable from a back office built for people who have never used a CMS
- Homes as records: add one and it appears on the map, the phone directory and the right support category
- One inbox for referrals, applications and enquiries, with New / Replied / Closed and internal notes
- Three roles (admin, editor, viewer) so the wrong person cannot delete a home
Where they are now.
The office updates the site the same day something changes. Every submission is stored before any email is sent, so nothing depends on email working.
